What is covered?

We have a range of options available, the following provides details of what is available through PAX Travel Insurance. Please note that this is only an outline of the cover we provide, for full details of the terms, conditions and exclusions please ask for a copy of the policy and policy summary.



Annual multi-trip
Our annual policy is designed to protect you no matter how many trips you make. We understand that through your job you may travel between a permanent post overseas and the UK, enjoy holidays with family and friends or take part in adventure activities.

Whether travelling alone, with your partner or family, this annual policy will provide flexible cover with no limit to the number of trips you can take (as long as each one does not exceed 2 months).

Standard worldwide multi-trip policy


Personal luggage can be excluded from cover by deducting 6% from the premiums quoted above.
A family includes you, your spouse/partner and up to 4 children under 23 who are still in full time education.

A loading equal to the appropriate individual rate is added for each person aged 66-74 The maximum age at which you can take out this policy is 74 Single Parent Family is defined as one adult and up to 4 children under the age of 23 who are still in full time eduction.

All rates include 17.5% insurance premium tax

Adventure multi-trip policy
The PAX adventure policy is available as both a single trip and annual multi-trip policy. Please call your insurance agent or PAX Insurance for full details of covered activities and related premiums.

Single trip
PAX single trip insurance allows you to tailor a policy to protect you and your family whether you’re off on a long weekend to Europe or travelling around the world on a cruise.



* Continent of Europe West of the Ural Mountains including its neighbouring islands and non-European countries bordering the Mediterranean (excluding Algeria, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon and Libya).

Notes
Family / couple policy - double premium.
A loading equal to the appropriate individual rate is added for each person aged 66-74.
Maximum duration any single trip - 185 days.
A family includes you, your spouse/partner and up to 4 children under 23 who are still in full time education.

Adventure activities
The PAX adventure policy provides special cover that allows you to take part in almost all extreme sports and activities, please see below for examples or contact your insurance agent or PAX Insurance for further details of covered activities.
The policy can be extended to include special items of equipment and search and rescue cover.
